Behind Her Method

Since 2013, I’ve been a personal trainer, but my journey took a transformative turn after I walked away from a long-term, mentally abusive relationship. During that time, I had neglected both my physical and mental health, even gaining nearly 20 pounds. Walking away from that situation was the first step in prioritizing myself.

As I worked on rebuilding my body and mind, I realized that women, especially those like me—mothers, business owners, corporate professionals, and everything in between—often pour so much into others that they neglect their own well-being. That’s when Her Method was born. It's my passion project, where I combine fitness with holistic self-care practices like self-care nights, reading, and quiet time. It’s all about creating space to show up for yourself in the best way possible.

I want this platform to be a safe and supportive space for all women, no matter their background. Whether you're juggling life as a mom, bride-to-be, or corporate professional, I see you. I want to support you on your journey of growth, wellness, and self-love. Together, we’ll build a stronger, more empowered version of you.
